Animal Care Sanctuary Receives Award From Southern Tier Tuesdays

Southern Tier Tuesdays embarked on a journey to MAKE EVERY TUESDAY COUNT for Southern Tier non-profits. Inspired by #GivingTuesday, a national day of giving after the Thanksgiving weekend, Upstate Shredding, the sponsor of Southern Tier Tuesdays, wanted to do more than just make one Tuesday or one organization the focus.
We are thrilled to announce, that the Animal Care Sanctuary was one of 12 finalists, selected from over 300 applications in the Southern Tier Tuesdays November competition. The final four entrants were then selected based on voting on social Media. Thanks to the support from the communities we serve, the Animal Care Sanctuary was one of the four final nonprofit recipients. The funds received will be applied to spay/neuter for the animals we rescue.
