Sharon Walsh

Sharon Walsh is an accomplished business leader with over 30 years of management, strategy, delivery and operational experience in the quick service industry.

Sharon currently owns and operates 4 McDonald’s restaurants, with her husband Robert, in Bradford and Tioga county.

Sharon started her McDonald’s career in 1986 as a part time job while attending school in Springfield, Missouri. She attended Hamburger University in Chicago where she met her future husband and moved to PA in 1985. Sharon and Bob opened their first McDonald’s Restaurant in 1999 in Troy, PA and had 4 locations by 2006.

She is a member of the McDonald’s National Women Operators Network and McDonald’s

Operators Co-op of Central New York for 15 years. She has served on McDonald’s Regional People Lead Team and is currently serving on the Regional Vendor Team. Sharon has won several awards with her career in McDonald’s. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Animal Care Sanctuary and has served on several committees such as Woofrock and Monte

Sharon and her husband Bob live in Ulster, PA. They have (2) sons, (2) grandchildren and a fun loving dog named Bear .
